Fantastic replacement of custom inserts.
I love these shoe inserts. My foot doctor recommended them and they work. Much much less expensive than the custom inserts. My foot pain is gone. Buy them.

As advertised so far
First thoughts are that this is a great product. They have better arch support than my SuperFeet copper. Durability won’t be known for quite a while. They are certainly comfortable. Buy a wider shoe than you normally wear, make sure you remove the manufacturer insoles and replace them with these

Good for a short period. Not recommended for any man other than male models
Good for about a month and then they fully die by 90 days. Not good for big guys. The quality has gone downhill. I used to get a pair every six months. Now I need to replace them before the 3rd month. Dr. Scholes is ⅓ of the price and is a better value. Comfort is good for a month or so and then it begins to decline. Rubber wore out on the heel. Support is now poor after the 3rd month.

Good shape and support, wear pads on top of them.
These were the right shape and comfortable for my big flat and damaged feet (skateboarding). They relieved pain in my body. I wear cheap foam insoles on top of them so that I have extra padding on top of the supportive shape, and so that I wear out the pads and not these insoles. I'm still looking for the right combination of soles and pads but these are doing the job ok for now.
