Ordered 9 days ago and still hasn't arrived despite the fact that the seller "assured" me it would be delivered on two separate days. I cannot get a refund through Amazon or the seller.

The case of water is fine but although my front gate was open they left the delivery on the public sidewalk outside my gate. Unacceptable.
