Bought this many many times. Excellent well rounded balsamic vinegar. This is not the thick syrupy sweet glaze type balsamic. It has the liquid consistency of a nice full body burgundy wine. Dependably good.

I haven’t tried the vinegar yet because I just received it. I’m hoping it’s as good as the reviews claim it is. It arrived in time and was well packaged to prevent breakage. I’m a bit skeptical because there is a cancer warning label in the bottle I suppose because wine contains sulfite. And the large labelswere crooked. Will try it but can’t recommend based on taste or consistency.

If the only balsamic vinegar you have had is from the grocery store then be prepared to have your taste buds blown away! This is what balsamic should taste like, rich, smooth, complex and NO acidic burn. I find this vinegar to have a sweet/tart balance that is just wonderful. It isn't syrupy thick but it is definitely thicker than the supermarket brands. The only salad dressing I use is Olive oil and Balsamic which has now reached the next level. I am highly impressed and absolutely recommend.

I only have about 2 brands of balsamic vinegars that I will use for my everyday salad. This is my favorite. It's priced well so doesn't need to wait for 'special occasion' use. It's smooth and has nice body to it when pouring. And the flavor is never acidic. I used to be able to buy it in the Italian grocery store down here, but they stopped carrying it. Thank goodness for Amazon!

I finally got one of my favorite Italian restaurants to spill the beans and tell me what brand vinegar they put in their Italian dressing. At the table I found it on here and ordered it. Packaging was fine and it seems like I will be able to make excellent vinaigrettes at home. I walk into my local sandwich shop the other day and they sell some imported products. To my surprise they have it and it's only $5.79!!!! Since I already opened it I couldn't send it back. But ouch, holy price gouge!
