This really works for me! I use it to style my hair - so for styling. I also use it when I use hot rollers - so as a setting lotion. There is no build up, no stickiness, no stiff, hard feeling and the styling or setting lasts. I hope Aveda always makesthis fabulous product!!!!!

After trying mousse and other products, this not only smells great, it leaves my hair tamed without any buildup. It feels so natural. My thick, wavy hair never did well under a blow dryer, but it is awesome now.

This is a great styling additive. My hair is fine, but thick, I have lots of it. It's also naturally curly when short and wavy when long. A very small amount of Pure Abundance makes my hair do what I want it to, and makes it hold in place for hours. I was introduced to it in my salon which I am sure helped; a tutorial and trial all at once! I recommend this product.

I love Aveda products. We recently moved from our home of 23 years and opted to lease for the short term. The water in the lease home is hard! The aveda product has helped tame the frizzy hair caused by the hot water.

This product definitely works. I don’t care for the smell, but I love the results..

I'm in that challenging place between pixie and bob, with 2c curly hair. I love this product for giving my curls shine, texture, and soft hold without too much fluff. I generally use it as a two part process. I scrunch a small amount of Aveda Be Curly Advanced Cream directly out of the shower on very wet hair. When hair has reached slightly damp, I spray and gently scrunch with Style Prep. This doesn't give a hard cast, but doesn't weigh down the curl either - leaving my hair soft and shiny with some movement. Bonus, as with most Aveda products, it smells amazing!

I have used the Aveda Pure Abundance shampoo and conditioner and was pleased so I thought I would give this style prep product. I have very fine, thin hair that I wear rather short. I use a hot air brush to style my hair. Many other volumizing products tend to make hair sticky or dry. I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It gave the expected volume and held the curl throughout the day even on a hot, humid day. It is rather expensive and it did not take a lot of product to do the job. Seems it will last making the expense worth while. I will buy this again.
