Extremely quiet, surprised!
Works like a charm, extremely quiet. Only con was with the frame piece, the four short screws to mount it to the oven were missing from the bag. However, the bag did contain the six screws needed to secure it to the cabinet. Easy to install.

Nice microwave/convection combo.
I was very pleased with this unit starting with the unboxing. It was well packaged and arrived in unblemished condition. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bulk of assembly was done in the factory. All I had to do was put on the outer trim and slide it into the opening where my old microwave had been. The fit is exactly what the measurements say, so it was a close fit and took two of us to hold it in place, get it plugged in and slid back into the cabinet, Less than ten minutes including attaching the faceplate. Then put in the six screw to hold it in place. We have used the microwave and convection so far and both worked flawlessly. Have not yet tried the grill feature. It perfectly replaced the unit that came in the rv, and as you can tell I am very happy with it.

VERY INACCURATE DESCRIPTION
The description for this unit is nowhere close to being accurate. First, it is not a "RecPro" brand (whatever that is) but instead is a High Pointe clearly marked on the front (that MAY be a plus, who knows, but the unit pictured in the listing bears no resemblance whatsoever to the unit we received) Compare the pictures with those of the listing.More aggravating though, was discovering that NO, it is by no means a DIRECT replacement for RV High Pointe units as promised in the headlines. We were so excited when we went to install the unit, only to find that it is wider, taller, AND deeper than the opening for the original unit in our Winnebago 2108DS (2021 model). Therefore, we had to cut the wood in the opening of our brand new trailer for the unit to slide in.The most frustrating part though, was finding that the entire unit is about 1 " DEEPER than the available space in our cabinet, meaning the trim piece would have been protruding from the cabinet face by the same amount. Having committed ourselves with a gaping larger hole in the cabinet, we were committed to making this work. We decided the only solution was to move the outer trim piece/installation panel further in on the unit by the missing inch of depth required. This took several hours, as we had to:1. Remove the upper and lower metal plenums on the unit and trim 1 inch of each2. carefully cut the upper row of louvers at the bottom of the trim panel to allow clearance for the actual base of the unit3. Reposition the trim panel on the unit and re-drill mounting holesWhen all is said and done, the unit's installation looked pretty neat.. from eye height you don't notice the cutout in the lower trim (but visible in one of the photos). And the additional protrusion of the door wouldn't seem out of place to a casual observer. There is scarcely 1/2" of additional room in the cabinet to accommodate the trim piece side-to-side (see pictures again). This is a project NOT for the faint of heart, and will require some tools to accomplish (at minimum, a jig saw to cut the wooden opening, an angle grinder to trim the top/bottom plenums, and metal snips to carefully remove one row of louvers underneath the unit.Once the misery was over (and I DO mean misery.. couped up with my buddy in an unpowered/no-A/C unit with Texas sun beating down for a good 3 hours or so), the larger interior size of this unit will definitely be a plus, as we expect we'll likely never use the cumbersome, manual-light propane oven that came with the trailer.I did run an extension cord out and plugged in the unit. It seemed to go through the basic paces during a quick test, but of course we won't know if we got a lemon or not until the first time we take our trailer back out on the road and put it through its paces. Our low rating is based, primarily, on the grossly inaccurate description, which is likely going to cause some grief for other unsuspecting buyers, and in hopes that the seller takes heed and corrects the listing details, at which time I'll be happy to revise my rating.OH, finally no attachment screws were included for the trim--to-unit install (I had to cannibalize from the old unit) and the screws for the outer trim panel were shiny metal rather than subtle dark colored ones as used with our original same-brand unitVery frustrating

Not Brand New...re-boxed and not inspected before sale
It was very obvious to me that the microwave had been removed from its packaging and then put back. The protective film that is always on these things had already been removed and there was 2 out of the 8 screws that should have come with it not there. I don't think it had ever been used, it may have been a display unit somewhere as it was clear the front had smudges on it, or it may have been sold and returned and not properly inspected before returning it to the inventory rack. It works fine and I had the missing hardware in my garage, so I didn't make a fuss, but since you're asking, this is my answer.

RV microwave
Great compact microwave put in our living quarters horse trailer. Microwave heats evenly! The look is ver sleek and ours is black in color. Very easy to install. We just had to unscrew 2 pieces of wood to remove the old one and replace with the new one, plug it in and replace the 2 wood panels.

Love it
I replaced the basic microwave in my camper with this item. My stove never cooked properly but on our last trip, we were able to bake numerous items (cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc.)without any issue. The size on the website was a little off or I didn't understand it right, but with a slight modification to my cabinet, it was no problem. Package came in an overwrap box and was in perfect shape.
