It is not a "roll-on" but rather, you turn the bottom, cream deoderant comes out slowly and you apply it lightly. A little goes a long way and it does not "instantly" dry. It is effective for me.

Q: Are these ingredients correct? Ingredients citrus lemon rhubarb peppermint oakmoss musk and amber. Is there NO aluminum or aluminum derivatives?

NO! That is what I thought, but aluminum is an ingredient. I did not like this deodorant. It smells like Irish Spring soap. The scent is overpowering.
