Works perfect!
Installed this spring in my 2004 MIM standard strat 6 screw tremolo bridge. Allows the arm to screw all the way in and holds it at any angle without bottoming out the threads. No more floppy tremolo arm!

Worked better than great.
My stock strat arm was floppy and had a little play that I'm not down with. My other trems are schaller and floyd so zero play. Added this spring to the hole (without cutting it down), added a 3mm ball bearing on top cuz another review told me to and it made sense. It is now perfect and has zero play. A must for stock strat.

Worth the Money
Worked well on my Fender Squier. They were a little too long for an off brand strat that I have. I crushed one down a little with a pair of pliers and it worked. If they were a little more compressible with more resilience (“springy”) I would give them five stars.

Like, why don't they include these with all trems?
Embarrassed to say that I didn't know until recently that these were the answer for getting a tremolo arm to stay in position

Works for MIM Player Plus
Easily fixed a wobbly/loose tremolo bar on a MIM player plus Strat. It’s as simple as dropping the spring into the hole, and threading the tremolo bar to your desired tension.

Must have
These are a MUST have any Strat owner. Drop one/ two in the tremolo arm screw, screw the tremolo bar in, no more tremolo arm going where it wants. It locks it in place until you need it
