Ortho Molecular Core Restore Kit (Vanilla, 14 Day)

This is the second time I’ve done this cleanse the first time I purchased the vanilla and I was not impressed with the taste the second time I receive the chocolate mixed it with organic almond milk and ice cubes put it in my Neutra bullet and it was like drinking Chocolate ice cream by the end of the seven days I was actually looking forward to having a shake. Day one and day two are typically hard to get through because you’re just doing the shakes as you’re detoxing you will get headaches and you might be tired, but that your body getting better , on the third day I moved on to adding watermelon, walnuts and avocado and stuck with that for five days I lost 5 pounds easily by the end of the seven days you don’t really want coffee or sugar or bread, etc. do you have a ton of energy your skin takes on a new life You sleep better you wake better I just ordered another batch and with three weeks in between and going back to some old bad habits I realize now I like to feeling better so I’m going to go again I wish they sold the products with just the shake because I can tell you it makes a huge difference in your health, and by the way, Dr. Oz would be very proud of what your poops look like at the end of the week lol the most beautiful poops in the world 😂🫠

They must’ve changed the shakes because they’re seriously good; so far the chocolate banana smoothie is so good it’s hard to believe. The strawberry one is great also. I use unsweetened organic coconut milk in these shakes and following the book exactly..I’ve been on the program —this is my 5th day and lost 4 lbs., so far, but I know more is coming off. I’ve been enjoying the snacks but now I see I don’t HAVE to indulge in these everyday. The chocolate pudding is SUPER good.My energy has been sluggish so my functional medicene P.A. put me in this program since my digestion needs help. I LOVE this program and now I see WHY WEIGHT & energy has been a problem! Almost all the foods I was eating were all wrong for me. Will def keep many of the recipes from this program they’re ALL very good so far. Finally having fun with food, system feels cleaner AND I’m losing weight. ALL GOOD here—I didn’t buy this from AMAZON but from the docs ofc.

Good and works. I do it once a year. Add some organic cardamom powder to make the shakes taste less bitter.I did drink a full cup of water after the shake and 1 cup of green tea to minimize headaches (bad 2nd day of fasting). Liver and metabolic blood work shows a big improvement. I usually loose a net 5 lbs by the end. Results vary with how you choose to follow.

I tried the vanilla option and agree that the first day it was hard to drink the shakes. But then I realized that in the recipe book you could add fruit or cacao powder to the shakes. My go to was frozen strawberries, cacao and a touch of liquid stevia. I immediately started to look forward to the shakes and now want to make it a part of my morning routine. The morning of day 7 by bloated belly was about half the size from all of the detoxing movements I had. I give this product a big thumbs up. I wish I could just buy the shake powder on Amazon.

I did this fast in 2019 and this stuff is unbearable to drink. It has a horrible taste that is chemically and made me gag. I could barely drink it holding my nose closed. However, it did work very well in terms of detoxing and losing weight!
