It works!
My daughter has tubes in her ears and has developed an ear infection nearly every time she’s gone swimming for the last 2 years. We tried swimming caps and plugs but they wouldn’t stay in place. Her ENT recommended this headband and it worked!! No ear infection -and the headband honestly looks really cute. I highly recommend this item!

It works
My daughter is 3 and has had the tubes in her ears for a year now. This definitely has brought some peace to us as she goes into a pool or water activity. It allows her to be a kid and we can let go a bit. I give it only 4 stars because I still keep watch over it as it moves a bit towards her eyes as she swims, but it's not that big a deal.

A Must Have
We love Ear Band-its! This is the BEST invention for children with chronic ear issues. Pair the band-it with Putty Buddies for a worry free day in the sun. We wear these at the beach and at the pool. People stop us everywhere we go and I highly recommend these products. We have tried other similar ear plugs and we seem to replace them constantly because the fall out or just won't stick. Putty Buddies are the best, fabulous colors and I love the reusable case that is included with each purchase. My children remember if they are Sammy Seal or Tommy Turtle so no one wears someone else's Buddy. Even if your children do not have ear issues, I would buy these products anyway just as a preventative measure. That is how much we love them!

Love it!
My daughter had ear tubes put in and needed to protect her ears for swimming. I had the option of getting ear plugs made for over $50, or trying the Ear Bandit for $15. Get the Putty Buddies to go with this, and it's a perfect fit! She is going on 1.5 years with this, and has only had one mishap that led to an ear infection... a water slide. The only thing I would suggest is to get a smaller size, because they do stretch out. I had to order a new one this year because my old one is too stretched for her. The dr. recommended a size medium last year (my daughter was 3 and in the 90th percentile for height and weight), but I wished I had gone with a small. I love how this looks on her as well... very cute and stylish! Better than that, she LOVES it!

Good product- big size difference between small and medium
We had a small ear band it for my toddler who always gets ear infections. Even after tubes, she gets infections if she doesn't wear one of these. The small size was getting too tight, so we bought the medium, but there is a BIG size difference. Its way too big, but the size smaller is too small. My daughter is 3, but big for her age (wears a 4-5 clothes) and this is too big. If close to her size and wondering what size to get, get the smaller size. I don't regret the purchase because she will get into it eventually (most likely) and the band its themselves are fabulous. If my daughter uses it while swimming, no ear infection. If she doesn't use it (even for a little while), she gets an ear infection every time.

Sized too small? may cause rash
We bought this for our 4 year old daughter, who has a perforated ear drum, to use in our pool. First of all, her head is tiny, no more than 20 inches, (our 2 year old has a bigger head) and the Medium Ear Band barely fits her. It's a struggle to get it to velcro every time. Once it's on it works okay-ish but it constantly slips down onto her eyes while we swim. So we have to get her out of the water, take off the ear band, probably replace the ear plugs since with out the ear band they pop out, then attempt to reapply the ear band. It's very inconvenient. The other problem we're having is that after swimming with it she gets a painful rash on her neck. As a family we have very sensitive skin but I can't think of anything else that has caused contact dermititis like this for us before. I know it's not a true allergy because she wears a wet suits made of neoprene while she swims without issue.May we got a weird cut on our Ear Band. Maybe our daughter just has a weird shaped head. But one way or another this product does not 100% satisfy our needs. Will be attempting a different size and different brands ear plugs soon.
