Built well
The product works well but the pull chain is to long. I'd like to get one 2 feet shorter if possible.

Does the Job
No issues at all. Works like a good chain hoist. Haven't pushed it close to its load rating, but it appears robust. I needed it rather badly for a job I couldn't do with other methods, and it made the task easy.

smooth operation
only used it once so far to lift a 48 in. mower deck, but it worked smoothly in both directions.

That it is a good product!!
Have used this hoist to lift my John Deere Z665 "0" turn mower to change blades and it worked great. Have used it several times with no issues. Oscar/NC
