I use to get leg cramps. When I couldn't get out of bed in time to walk it out, Cramp 911 worked instantly most of the time. To be honest, I now take magnesium which helps to prevent leg cramping but I still keep a bottle on my night stand and take on my trips. I even carry it in my carry on when I fly.
