Corrosion resistant and great price
Bought these to bolt some climbing holds into 5/4 (1-1/4") material in an outdoor application. Worked great and have not shown any corrosion. Price is really good considering how expensive these can be at your local hardware store or big box Lowe's or Home Depot (if they even have them). I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone looking to build a climbing wall in an outdoor space.

It's bolts!
Man, these bolts do an amazing job of holding things onto other things. Specifically holds on a wall. 5/5!

Working well so far
Easier to use than hex bolts, holding up to weather, the more professional choice.

Sent me the wrong product, then ignored emails and phone calls.
I ordered two bags of these stainless bolts and received two bags of zinc coated flat head bolts. I emailed Escape about this problem and they promptly said they would send me the right bolts in the mail with a return label for the incorrect bolts I received. Eight days later, I have not received any bolts from them, they have ignored a follow-up email, and did not answer three phone calls. Horrible customer service.

Bolts don't fit any of my 5/16" hex keys
None of my 5/16" hex keys fit these bolts. I tried half a dozen and none of them fit. These bolts also wiggle a little on the wall before being clamped down. I bought the black (rated for indoor only) bolts from Climbing Tech (2" Escape Climbing Bolts for Rock Climbing Holds) and those fit my 5/16" hex keys fine and they don't feel loose in my T-nuts before being clamped down.I measured the following dimensions from one of these stainless steel bolts:• Thread width: ~9.40mm• Driver socket (flat sides): ~7.94mm• Driver socket (corners): ~8.95mmI measured one of the black, indoor only bolts from climbing tech and got the following:• Thread width: ~9.42mm• Driver socket (flat sides): ~8.07mm• Driver socket (corners): ~9.13mmSeeing as my 5/16" hex keys measured:• Hex key (flat sides): ~7.96mm• Hex key (corners): ~9.01mmYou can see why these bolts don't fit my hex keys. Given that I have several hex keys and they are consistent with each other, I'm going to fault these bolts even though 5/16" technically converts to 7.94mm.Edit: I've changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because I just took a little sandpaper to my hex keys and they work now, and I really like the stainless steel finish. I have to torque them a little more than the black ones, but I've also had some rust spots build on the black ones even though I'm using them indoors (maybe from handling them?). All in all, they're the best option I've found so far.

No Surprises.
The 2" Steel Escape Climbing Bolts we received were as advertised and met our expectations. We don't like surprises here at the ranch so we will definitely consider purchasing these bolts again as needed.
