GRAVY MIX 2/3 cup 11/3 cup Full bottle COLD WATER 2 cups A cups 14 to 16 cups* *Ise 14 cups water for thicker gravy; 16 cups water for thinner graw, I suP wader eradualyinto Gray Nix with whiskin medium saucepan. 2 STIRRING frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. (Gravy will thicken upon standing.) Serve over biscuits, chicken fried steak, fried chicken, home fries or sausage. Microwave Directions for 2 cups: Stir water into Gravy Mix in 2-quart microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute, Microwave ovens vary; cook time is approximate. KITCHEN TIPS Chicken Fried Steak Mix 1 cup flour and 1 tsp, seasoned salt in shallow dish. Dip 2 Ibs, beef cube steaks, 1 at a time, into 1 cup milk, then coat with flour mixture. Repeat dipping to use up milk and flour. Fry steaks in batches in 2 tbsp. hot oil in large skillet 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness, adding additional oil as needed. Q: Directions for making?

Directions are underneath the label. There is a tab that says peel here. But it is 2/3 cup of mix with 2 cups of water. We break that in half to 1 cup milk 1 cup water to make it creamier. Makes 2 cups of gravy.

McCormick Country Gravy Mix does not contain garlic and onion. Onion and garlic is in our Brown Gravy Mix, they are listed on the ingredient statement of that product. ~ Erica
