Repeat dipping to use up milk and flour. Fry steaks in batches in 2 tbsp. hot oil in large skillet 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness, adding additional oil as needed. Directions for making?

Directions are underneath the label. There is a tab that says peel here. But it is 2/3 cup of mix with 2 cups of water. We break that in half to 1 cup milk 1 cup water to make it creamier. Makes 2 cups of gravy.

Does the brown gravy contain any onion or garlic? "Spices" is not specific enough

McCormick Country Gravy Mix does not contain garlic and onion. Onion and garlic is in our Brown Gravy Mix, they are listed on the ingredient statement of that product. ~ Erica

When did the price double or triple on this item?

I bought mine a little while back and the price seemed reasonable.I don't care about price because the product is worth it.
