Adequate but not great.
The tool was utilized to remove bearings from a shaft. The force required to pull the bearing was so great it seemed the tool would be damaged so heat was applied to the bearings inner race. With heat applied, within seconds the bearing popped loose. Without using heat, the tool would likely have been damaged. The plastic case is thin and low quality, likely to have a short life if the tool and its parts are in regular use.
