How long do you think these can keep foods at a good, safe, cool temperature?

I bought the ones shaped like owls. They aren’t squishy. They feel like a hard plastic with liquid inside.

what ingredients are in the ice packs ? Can i buy these to keep for when i need them . will they be ok in a box for a while before i use them .

They should be ok in a box. Theyou need to be frozen to use. Not sure what's in them. They say non toxic and do not microwave.
