These are gorgeous lights. I love the up and down light stream, lights up my stairs very nicely.

These are nice looking, modern sconces.They are plastic, so not anything high-end, but I knew that going in, and they give the effect I was after, and certainly look great from normal viewing distance.The good news is (and I'm glad I listened to one previous review, opposing the common consensus and even the manufacturer responses) -these DO DIM - and rather nicely! I have them on triac dimmers (ie forward phase) -and its smooth, and almost to full dim before falling off. Very pleased!One nitpicky thing - the light hits the wall with a little color separation - meaning right on the edge of the beam of light there is a stripe of yellow if you look closely. Since mine are on a grey painted wall - it's not obvious, but for lighting nerds you'll notice.And a note for people installing on a drywall wall - the way the light hits the wall with these lights is called wall-grazing - this highlights texture. So for wood, stone, intentionally textured walls, it will create a nice play of light and shadow that really highlights the material.So now - if you put this on drywall - make sure the spackle job is good before you pick any light like this (nothing to do with this exact fixture) - wall grazing will expose every tape seam, screw location and ding in Your wall if not very well spackled. If you're not sure - take a flashlight and put it flat against the wall and take a look if you like what you see before purchasing. Our walls are brand new, and well spackled by pros - and I still see a spot or two exposing imperfections only noticeable when these sconces are on - so just something to think about.All in all- I would recommemd and buy these again.Enjoy!

These were easy to install and are being used with an LED Smart Dimmer switch. The do flicker if dropped too low, but LED compatible dimmers have an adjustment slide/knob or software (if it's a smart switch), that limits the low end of the dimming, preventing the flicker. If yours is flickering its probably because it's not on a compatible LED Dimmer (most older ones are incandescent/filament only) or it needs to be adjusted. IT puts out a reasonable amount of light, but they won't light up a small room. Really intended to be accent lighting.

Super thin if you want something pretty flush against your walls. Provided a great light in our hallway in the basement. Sleek looking, looks high end and elegant but not too showy

I ordered gray but what I got was gold base with an antique black steak, almost wood grain. This color option is not even shown as available, not sure what gives. Will return, don't trust this supply or product description, so will buy something else.

I purchased these to use in rental apartments that I manage. While the fixtures are plastic, they’re of a decent weight, easy to install and look great! These versatile lights are super bright and cast light from two sides of the fixture; they may be mounted to shine up and down, or side to side. I’d buy these again if needed, Highly recommended. Keep in mind if a fixture does not advertise as dimmable it is not. $19 a piece, get what you pay for.

We have been looking for flush mount sconces for our master bedroom due to the location of the wall lights. These have worked well for us. Not too bright but perfect for what we needed.
