I would definitely recommend this magnesium! When I take this at night, it helps me sleep so much better. I love that it includes Vitamin D in it and that it also has ancient superfoods included. I would recommend this 10 out of 10!

I have purchased this at our local store but after they discontinued the product I decided to check amazon and I was happy that they sold it. It arrived over night for which I was happy about. Since taking this, I have a lot of energy, I fall sleep at the time I need to and sleep throughout the night. I always had issues fallen asleep early and waking up throughout the night, but this mineral helps.

I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I slept like a baby the first night I took this. I continually sleep very well while using this product and become tired within 30 minutes. Whether this is due to the placebo effect or not, I'm enjoying the sleep that I receive with this product. I'd say it's worth a shot for anybody looking for a better night's sleep.
