Old Macdonald's Farm (Poke-a-dot)

Loves these books! Toddler is engaged while reading by popping the dots! Great sturdy quality, a bit heavy though, would hate for this book to fall of child’s foot if dropped. Would definitely order more for an antsy child who can’t sit still while reading

My 1 year old LOVES these books. My only complaint is that young kids can completely rip apart the binding and the pages rip easily with some pressure on the seam. I'm not going to dock it a star for that because it was my 1 year old who did it within 1 hour of getting the book (and I'm sure these books are for older than 1 year old), but maybe they can figure some way to make it a little harder for a young child to destroy.Fun to pop the bubbles. I find myself reaching for it sometimes.

My 19 month old loves this book. You can use it to help teach animal sounds/names, the word “pop” as you pop the bubbles, and counting.Two down sides-This book is incredibly heavy and my daughter struggles to carry it. Her trying to lug it around has helped teach her the word heavy though so maybe it’s a perk...The other down side is that although this is a board book the edges of the pages are so sharp!

I had no idea what the poke-a-dot books were, but they had such great reviews and went on a great sale so I got one. This is the best ever! My 3 year old won't put it down and has been popping it for over 2 hours! My 1.5 year old keeps fighting for it so I bought another one! Just like popping bubbles on packaging, but educational.

My autistic grandson loves this book! It addresses his sensory issues while lending itself to an interactive experience when read or sung to him. It also has encouraged him to sing, count, and identify animals and their sounds.

Colorful, sturdy book. I didn’t find the Poke-a-dot very interesting. However the 2 yr old loved. And plays it over & over & over…

I got this book for an 18 months old and it's great to learn words and poke-count.The baby also liked easter eggs such as a mouse in a hole in the background or a squirrel sitting on the fence.It's also cute that you can sing McDonald's farm in between poking dots and counting.

This is like never ending bubble wrap for babies. I wasn’t sure what to expect other than big reviews from friends in a Facebook group. My kids all really love this book! I got this for my 18 month old, but my 3 and 5 year olds also love it.
