For some reason my body vibes with this probiotic. I don't eat healthy, so I have issues with acid reflux or GERD, etc. I took this and I actually felt a difference! I usually have intense uncontrollable painful coughs to burp but when I take these probiotics, it makes a difference in my day-to-day life that I don't deal with that pain. (I still take gasx from time to time, but Pepcid and other gas/ acid reducers stopped working well for me and I am just amazed that these probiotics have in a way replaced them) I can't replace this product or remove it from my diet. This is NOT A CURE for anything but I think in my experience it has a very positive impact on my health and daily life. I take 2 pills each day (so It's an expensive but health-benefiting purchase for me) so one bottle is 1 month's use for me.Buy it for anyone you care about. I hope it works for you.

If you have those first few symptoms of UTI and it's a great option, of course, see a doctor, if you suspect it's progressing, but I find these to be a great supplement for keeping UTIs at bay on days where I'm dehydrated, or feel those telltale symptoms coming on. I have read mixed reviews from dietitians about the probiotic absorption from supplements taken through GI route, but I initially bought these for suspected BV and it seemed to help.

This amazing product gives your body an extra hand in keeping things in balance from digestion to natural vaginal bacteria. My digestion is regular with this probiotic; daily bowel movements, no bloat, so tummy stays a bit flatter, I actually feel a bit lighter on my feet. As well, for the few and far between times that having sex (with my regular partner, my husband, i.e. this does not clear STDs, know your partner(s) and know when it’s time for a doctor visit or you just need a helpful cleanse) throws off my natural balance in bacteria, and causes discomfort and annoying symptoms from having foreign body fluid in you that your body is trying to clear out, this helps my body cleanse itself faster and better. I purchased this from Target on a whim in an attempt to clear up the mild, almost yeast-infection-like symptoms caused from frequent sex in a short amount of time. I paid 30-something freaking dollars, but fell in love with the product. The mild symptoms were noticeably clearing by the end of the day. I continued taking this probiotic consistently for the entire month (has a month’s worth of pills). I started doing 2 pills in the morning for the day. But, for the last 2 1/2 weeks I did one pill with breakfast, and one with dinner. No noticeable difference in the the different ways I took the pills. However, I noticed a difference a few days after I ran out of them. I’m ECSTATIC that these are half the price through amazon and I can have them shipped to me monthly. This is a great probiotic for women.

Used 40 yrs because DDS-1 strain has been researched to be most effective acidophilus, none other I have tried compares. Initially takes about 10 days to colonize & be effective. As a medical professional I recommend this brand all the time! Was rebranded a few years ago by UAS labs. Easy to swallow.

The media could not be loaded. I have tried many different female probiotics and none of them worked as well as this one, not even close. The other ones I noticed literally did nothing but this one worked great and fixed a lot of problems I was having like Yeast infections and discharge. If I don’t take it for a couple days the problems come back and then I start taking again and they go away. So now I’ve been on this one for a year and will never switch again and never leave home without it.

Makes my guts and lady parts happy! Bought it for my daughter who was having frequent UTIs, tried it myself just for kicks, noticed a difference immediately, I’ve gone through menopause and it not only made my digestive system happy and regular but made my lady parts feel years younger as well!
