My kids are obsessed with these beach aquariums! They love to catch sand crabs and this makes it easy for them to keep them until we release them. Having a leash on the lid is so nice because you can’t misplace it. By far my best summer purchase!

My children love critter catching, and we have gone through a handful of "critter buckets". This one is made out of a durable plastic which is helpful with my wild 3 year old who likes to throw all things. The top did detach from one of ours, but it's fairly simple to attach it again.

Combine this with a net to catch minnows and the kids will be loving it!

My 7 year old daughter loves this clear plastic catch and release lightweight bowl with breathable lid. It has a sturdy grip handle made with thick waterproof durable rope. I don’t see this rope snapping! The best part is, it is a perfect size for a lid, light weight for her to carry even when full of water and she no longer has to use a large plastic opaque bucket. She can see her catch swimming around in her new bucket which makes her happy! When the water gets dirty, she can keep the lid on and drain the water and fill back up with cleaner clearer water. Genius!The best part is the breathable lid that is tied on, as not to lose it on her long frogging/fishing hunts to the meadows. With a breathable lid, the pond frogs can no longer jump out of their container. They can jump high out of the shallow water in her tall 5 gallon high buckets! Now that she has this snazzy new container, it’s a bummer for them and awesome for her after her efforts of netting those frogs. Just a longer day for them in captivity until she releases them. Great price and a new favorite addition to her catch and release days.

This made the perfect gift to my son for our Spring Break trip to the beach. It is such a simple but cool design. We have always enjoyed catching and releasing the creatures we find on the beach, but normally have done so in a typical bucket. This was much more fun as it was transparent and we could view our catch from every possible angle. It is lightweight and has a reliable handle for carrying without worry that the lid will come off by accident. The vented lid is handy and the size was just perfect for us as we caught several crabs and other little critters and could observe them and then easily release them back to the sand or ocean where we found them. We also used it a few times simply to carry shells we found. It is a nice way to carry them and then easily wash them off without dragging back a bunch of sand to the condo. I would definitely buy this again as our kids loved it and I had some other beachgoers ask about it hoping to get one themselves. It seems to be really well made and durable and I expect we will use this many times through the years. It is really a great find!

My Kids destroy EVERYTHING and are avid naturalists. We use these to catch whatever critters we can to learn more. They do not break easily. They will get scratched up over time, but they don't break. Awesome.

My 7 year old granddaughter loves this. Right now she catching bugs and she can’t wait to take it to the beach. I recommend it. Well made and a great size.

If you live by the ocean or lake and you have kids this is absolutely amazing!!! It’s perfect and to see all the sea creatures inside was awesome and releasing them was super easy as well.

This is our most used beach item. Such an awesome idea. The kids can observe what they catch in their nets and release when done.
