If you get toe or leg cramps this is the emergency go toStops them in their tracks within minutes ! Been using over 8 yrs I'm not eating my grass or naying yet. Yes it states not for human use but this stuff works amazing especially for sprains n strains highly recommended liquid works better than gel I just put in spray bottle .You'll be happy w your purchase I promise it may stink Alittle but evaporates quickly

It works great for sore muscles

I bought this because I saw a TT video where the guy used it and it took his hip and back pain away. I have used it on my shoulder and neck, it does ok, but it doesn’t take the pain away. It doesn’t immediately get cold, but it doesn’t take long. No while it doesn’t help me that much, my father swears by it, it helps his hip pain and is able to sleep all night without pain waking him up. So you can do with that what you will.

It works on the surface,but not as effective as a some other products with a lower price.

My Dad (84) loves this stuff for his neuropathy. He poured some in a spray bottle and sprays it on so that he doesn’t spill or waste any. He says it helps him A LOT. I’m so glad we found something that gives him some relief. It’s hard enough being older!!
