I like the flavor,It doesn,t seem to cause problems,because I have a lot of sensitivities.

These sublingual worked: I could feel a difference in mental performance after a week. However, they take FOREVER to dissolve so make sure you have the time to allow that.

Nothing really good or bad to say about this product. It had neither positive nor negative affects. I rated it 2 stars simply because it didn't cause any intestinal discomfort and it tasted ok.
