Almost Brilliant - No! Absolutely Brilliant!
I was delighted with the design and appearance of the 4 platters but disappointed to find a flaw on the face of one. I have sent a message to [email protected] requesting a replacement just now so I can follow up later if they agree.The delivery was as per the promised timescale and with the usual courtesy the Amazon drivers in my area display. Many thanks.UPDATE: I have received message from seller and a replacement platter is being sent immediately. This is superb customer service and I heartily recommend this company and have changed my 4 star rating to 5. Thank you

Heavy for porcelain
The arrived promptly, beautifully packaged. They are a good size for serving small portions buffet style.My only gripe is that they say they are porcelain. If that's true why are they so thick and heavy, more likeearthenware.

Man darf bei diesen Tellern natürlich keine hochwertige Markenqualität erwarten. Aber für den normalen Gebrauch zum Anrichten von Vorspeisen und Desserts auf jeden Fall sehr gut geeignet. Sieht hübsch aus und macht auf dem Tisch was her.

Sehr schöne, edle Platten
Die Platten sind sehr schön und entsprechen der Beschreibung! Für mich wirken sie richtig edel und verschönern meine Tafel.Leider war bei der Lieferung eine Platte am Rand gesplittert. Der Verkäufer hat mir einen Umtausch angeboten, dafür hätte ich allerdings das komplette Paket retournieren müssen. Darauf hab ich aus Umweltgründen verzichtet und lebe mit dem kleinen Defekt.Trotzdem danke für das Angebot und auch 5 *, da der Schaden sicherlich nicht beim Verkäufer lag.
