Gives energy!
Tastes terrible but I put just a bit of this in juice with Aloe water powdered greens in AM seems to supply B vitamins. It seems to give me energy for at least 12 hours! Would recommend as long as you can get over taste

This is a great boost
This supplement gives me the boost I look for. The B vitamins go directly where needed and you can feel it. My chiropractor recommended this years ago. I tried it again and I am thankful. The larger size pours easier and is much more economical.

my child did not like the taste at all and he regularly takes flaxseed oil, so that says something about the taste. I have not noticed a change in his attention span or behavior so I won't buy it again
