Great product!
Fantastic product! i have previously used Black FIT Model pads and was very happy with it. Now I have decided to try neoprene grips and that was a good choice too. Great product for a good value. I couldn't reccomend it more. For everyone lifting weights this is a great alternative to standard gym gloves.

Mixed feelings
These are incredibly helpful if you have problems with your hands and need extra cushioning whilst working out because they're wide and due to their flat shape can cover parts of your hand that gloves tend to miss or not be heavily padded in - such as around the bottom of your thumb. I personally have a problem in that area of my hand and gloves never seem to protect that area well. These pads do cover that part of my thumb for me.HOWEVER...They are also incredibly unsafe if you're using heavy weights in some exercises because they simply do not grip weights the same way that gloves do - they WILL eventually slide. They're probably fine if you're just using light weights or doing pull exercises but for anything where you're holding heavy weights over your head or in a vertical grip, they do not grip reliably and do slip. Luckily I've been able to avoid any injuries when I was testing them but they did slip several times for me and the last thing you want to feel when you're doing a hard workout is anxious about your grip and having to compensate when you feel the grip starting to slip, because that's how you end up pulling a muscle or injuring yourself another way - and you don't have the confidence in the movement that you need.I'll also add that the tension the lack of grip puts on your hands overruled the help that the padding actually gave me in the first place and made some exercises more uncomfortable for me than just putting up with not having the padding I needed in the first place. Although this really depended on what exercise I was doing - some were better than others. If you need grip in your exercises, I wouldn't recommend this product at all. If you just need cushioning without grip then these are great.
