Great for Monster High G1 and 3
Waist sizes for dolls like Abbey are very tight fitting if you want to add waist/back accessories while putting them on the stand. Adjusts in height for different height dolls. Very lightweight and a good unnoticeable clear color. Great quality for price and quality, easy to put together as well

Decent Doll Stands for Price
I needed one doll stand for my collectible Frozen Broadway Elsa doll that did not come with her own, but I didn't want to spend more than $10 for a single, simple stand. I thought I'd give these stands a shot since they were what I was looking for and under my budget. Luckily it fits the doll fine around her waist. These also fit limited edition Disney Store designer dolls (12" barbie size) that do not have a thick dress/corset on. The piece that fits around the dolls' waists do not fit every 12" doll, they fit best around slimmer dolls with thinner outfits. These pieces that go around the dolls' waists may need to be filed down a little if they have random pieces of plastic sticking out. Some do, but not all.The height can be adjusted for dolls that are shorter than 12" (with a lower waist), which is nice. The color of the stands have a frosty shimmer to them, so if you're looking for completely transparent stands, these aren't for you. I personally liked the color, especially with Elsa. They do topple over easily, especially if the doll is top-heavy due to an outfit, cape, or big hairstyle. This can be fixed by adding something heavy to the base, or taping the stand down to whatever surface you display them on. I expected this for stands that are affordable and not high-end.The only thing I'm disappointed in is the design of the base; it forms a hill around where the pole is inserted. This design flaw prevents dolls' feet from being close to the pole, which forces the feet to be more in the middle of the base... making it difficult for the dolls to stand up straight like they're supposed to. This also causes the doll stand to topple backward. While the toppling can be fixed, the doll appearing like it's not standing up straight may be frustrating for a collector depending on what the doll is wearing (bigger skirt makes their stance less noticeable).Despite that, I was fine taking a risk with about $8 for 10 of these stands instead of spending $25 or $30 for 1 stand. I recommend these stands for people on a budget who don't need a fancy stand and are fine with adding something to the base to prevent it from toppling over.

I have purchased these FIVE times!
My title says it all. These are inexpensive, but really well made. Very pleased. I use them for barbies and Rainbow High mostly, but you can use them with other dolls too. You can even cut them down and use them on shorter dolls like Bratz, Omg Tweens, RH Tweens and Magic Mixies Pixlings.

A Lot Better than Expected - Good for BTS Dolls and Skinny Ken
I bought these to display "Skinny Ken" and BTS dolls. These male dolls are as tall as Ken, but much thinner-- almost as thin as Barbie. This meant I needed a stand that was tall enough for 90s Ken but secure enough for 90s Barbie. These stands worked! The stands hold my dolls solidly and don't wobble (I shook the table and the dolls remained standing.) The base is a bit lightweight, but broad enough to keep everyone standing upright (even on one leg or with both legs off the ground in a jumping pose.)Assembly was straightforward and took me under 60 seconds (I snapped the shaft to the stand, then slide on the waist-grip.) The waist-grip can be adjusted by sliding it higher or lower depending on how tall my doll was (BTS and skinny Ken are both 11 inches. Skinny Ken is ~11-11.75.) The slider can be adusted up or down without disassembling the stand, but the slider cannot be loosened or made tighter (it's for dolls with a waist circumference similar to ~3.75 inches/9.5 cm. Anything thicker than skinny Ken or BTS won't fit.)The color is not 100% transparent, but a milky opaque color (as much as I like 100% transparent plastic, it shows dirt, scratches, and yellowing more obviously than opaque plastic does.)The waist-grip does NOT fit over the Skinny Ken and BTS dolls' clothes-- but grips are supposed to go UNDER the clothes!Putting grips on clothes DESTROYS DOLL CLOTHES (except for collector-grade grips such as the one on Obitsu stands, which cost three times as much as these ones did. Besides, most collectors I've seen hide stands UNDER clothes to show off the clothes and make the display look more natural.) Therefore, I removed my doll's shirt, snapped the grip onto its waist, and then put the shirt back on over the stand. To my delight, the grip didn't show through my doll's thin t-shirt, so the display looks natural. The grip is stronger than it looks: I posed my dolls repeatedly without removing them from the stand-- and without them falling off. I'd love it if they released a version of this stand with a joint to adjust the doll forwards/backwards/side-to-side (this one only goes up or down.) Despite this limitation, I could still make my dolls slouch forward slightly in a surprisingly natural mid-walk pose. I could pose my dolls without removing them from the stands, and without them falling off the stand (the grip is stronger than it looks.) I posed them with both legs off the ground, walking.Overall, these stands are better than I thought they would be. They are sturdy, easy to assemble, and are a budget alternative to the pricier Obitsu stands. These work well for BTS and Skinny Ken, and will probably fix Bratz Boyz. It will NOT fit the original Ken dolls, so it also will not fit Sideshow Collectibles (much less Hot Toys), Customhouse Ange Ai or Volks YoSD. It might fit other skinny BJDs or action figures with measurements similar to skinny Ken or original Barbie.
