I bought a 10x16 Balance greenhouse. I found it to be great quality. The directions were often unclear and I needed to unassemble/reassemble sections as you only have a picture to go by and need to predict what was trying to be conveyed. I ordered 2 louvre windows and the directions were wrong. After contacting Stephen at customer service, he had the engineers rewrite the direction so I could install them. Great product and great customer service! I would definitely buy from them again. If I had more room. lol

Under no circumstances should you purchase this piece of garbage. First of all, it is impossible to assemble in one afternoon as advertised. Second, the instructions are garbage. The manufacturer is obviously attempting to provide this to international markets, so in trying to get over the language issue, there are no written instructions and the drawings are amateurish and confusing, to put it mildly. There about a million pieces, most of them not marked well, so you spend much of your time holding up pieces and comparing them to the "drawings" to see if they are the correct part. We worked on this an entire day, got it about 1/3 done, then gave up and hired an Amazon installer to finish it of. He has completed several of these and he took AN ENTIRE EXTRA DAY TO FINISH IT!!! Once it is put together, you'll realize that it is the flimsiest piece of junk you can imagine. Before I had a chance to anchor it to a concrete base with TapCons, a 15MPH wind picked it up and tossed it and destroyed it. This thing is junk, do not buy, do not buy, do not buy.

Missing parts but will replace them . Also wanted to charge me a lot more for a green house I didn't receive.

Solid product for the price, somewhat flimsy while putting it together.

I bought this back in April of 2020. I can not really express how nice this greenhouse is. As you can see, we have made it quite inviting, as it just looks so cool. Of course it takes some skill to do this the right way, but, as these pictures show, it really is well worth your effort. I had zero issues with this during the build. Everything was there, everything was labeled, and everything fit very well. Take your time and - plan this out. Understand the instruction booklet, from the front cover - to the last page. The directions are indeed there for a reason. The steps, come together just the way they should. All of the hardware are in their separate packaging, and all the holes line up just fine. Pay close attention to the different pieces of aluminum rail, compare them to the picture in the manual as, some pieces can appear very similar. Each page tells you what you need, how many you need, and the location of those pieces. Have some hand tools handy, and, have it securely anchored to the ground in some way. You will start at the base of this when building it. Have the bottom framework square, level, and flat - and your structure will stand right where it is for years to come. Living in Southwest Michigan, we get all kinda weather here, not one issue with the extremes - not one. We love it.I can not go without saying that, the balance greenhouse that I ordered was labeled as "powder coated" green. I decided to purchase this partially based on that fact. As you see, my greenhouse is not powder coated green. The seller and I exchanged words, and ultimately I was reimbursed some of the difference between the model I paid for and the model I recieved. I still feel that the seller tried to pull as fast one on me, however, I am very satisfied with this project.

Don't buy anything from Palram!We didn't get the green, we got the "silver" aluminum.We're also missing both roof vents and and four of the door hinges. I'm trying to go through the website for the missing pieces because Amazon wasn't able to help me, but I've tried following their instructions and keep having to start over! Any navigation away from the page you're on causes it to refresh and take you back to the homepage. Even minimizing will cause it to do this!I'm going to keep trying. I'll let you know whether I ever get my missing parts.I also want to note that it's very flimsy. We have a carpenter friend who put 4x4 posts in each corner (you can see them in the photo) and anchored it to a concrete base. Last night we had winds with gusts of 20 mph and, if it hadn't been reinforced like it was, it would have collapsed. As it was, several roof panels flew off. In the pictures, you can only see one because the others were in the yard this morning. 😳And one more thing. It took five men at least four and a half days to put it together. It isn't as easy as advertised.I recommend spending more money on a better product.

The ads show a Palram Balance greenhouse with Green Powder coat. The Balance greenhouse comes in 3 colors. Silver, Green & Dk Gray. The Green and the Gray uses an expensive process called Powder Coating. The Silver is bare Aluminium (uncoated). They are selling the Silver only because they can't get the powder coated parts from Israel. The Silver is a lesser value product. They are charging Powder Coated price for uncoated Aluminum. Beware.Still a very nice hobby greenhouse. Instead of paint by numbers, it's assemble by numbers. Just keep it all square and assembly is fairly easy.

Difficult to assemble. Peices missing. The entire green house needed the roof material on the bottom also..
