I cook up 4 cups at a time with no problem. I found I had little to no shelling and they had great flavor.

Very clean and tasty after cooking, great macros.

I cooked some right away because I enjoy them on salad, they cooked up really nice and seemed good quality. It tastes delicious. They're also so easy to can that I'm going to can a few jars, lots cheaper than the store and makes it really handy to have them cooked.

My chickpea comes in two 4 pounds bags. I was alittle bummed out bc i thought i was being ripped off but it worked out better that way. One star off bc it had a pinkish water tinted after it cookes in the instant pot. Dont know if that is good or not but it still taste amazing. Personally i like this over the canned beans. I cooked it in an instapot for an hour without soaking and comes out perfect. If soaking overnight, it only takes 12 mins. For 1 cup and a half i made a littler over 3 cans of chickpeas in Comparison. Very happy bc now i dont have to fight for chickpeas in The house bc im stocked up!

I got this product in October 2024 and it came with a hole in the bag didn’t think much of it thought it was due to shipping and I put in my sealed container. I only used it once and today I take out of my sealed container and it was covered in bugs. Tiny Black bugs. Very disappointed. I read some other people reviews and notice that similar problems. I wished I read the reviews before purchasing such a big bag.
