Great substitute For Soy Sauce all the time.

This is a concentrated sauce that needs to be diluted. 30 oz is like having 60 oz. Good taste and I will buy again.

I bought this 3 pack because I didn't know it was a concentrate. Appears to be 4 parts warm water to one part of the sauce.Looks like I'll be eating a lot of tempura this year?

Here in PoDunk, people use soy sauce and that’s it. Needless to say that’s all the stores stock in the land of rednecks. Tamari is another hard find. I prefer this dipping sauce to soy because it has a subtler taste and is much lower in sodium than soy and tamari sauce. This dipping sauce was a regular staple in my parents pantry and it’s always been my go to for spring/egg rolls, sushi, dimsum, katsu etc. Buying 3 bottles guarantees I will never run out. Mom snatched a bottle as soon as I opened the box. Well packed and no leaks. Very happy!

Delighted! I use it with shrimp tempura I can get at the market. It helps elevate a dish I didn’t do from scratch. It’s strong enough it can be diluted just a lil. ALSO -it’s nice as an option to add to dishes....like salt but with some body. i.e., I added it to some Split Pea soup & it added a lil depth... beyond just saltiness. I love this product.
