I actually bought this band because the original was always breaking. I am an active person both in the gym and outdoors. The band is in near perfect condition after nearly 6 months of use. It is great in forms of function and being durable as wear and tear. It still almost seems brand new.The con: This band soaks up all sorts of liquids, to include sweat. After a couple of workouts the band starting to stink, so every 2 weeks or so I have a routine where I soak the band and watch in oxyclean for about an hour, wash with a detergent and rinse.conclusion: Its helpful, but the band isn't broken, frayed or even showing signs of wear. I would recommend to an everyday user instead of the elastic / rubber stock that comes on some watches.

Maintains that military appearance and is bullet proof. It is very comfortable. The clasp and bands hold the watch in place. Don’t hesitate to purchase.

Band is good quality for price, installs easily and does the job. However, it absorbs liquid and moisture. Sweat kills this thing. Once it gets sweaty, it will stink. Once this happens you’ll be washing it every few days, only to have the odor return once it gets wet again.

I put my watches through it believe me . This band could not be made any better . I so expected it not to last & it continues to prove me wrong . A great watch band . Highest recommendation from me .

Everyday wear, remains comfortable. It’s durable and in my opinion, an adequate substitute for the original suunto band I had on the watch before. The only compromise I make with this band is once “broken in” the attachment points swivel to match the contour of my wrist much easier translating to a metallic squeak and shuffling sound when I am moving my wrist a lot. The attachment points remain secure and I am sure I can fix with a drop of lubricant. Highly recommend for the price. A lot of bang for a little buckComfort 5/5Durability 5/5Value 5/5Do recommend.
