Great monitor, especially for the price.

I have had this monitor for 3 years and it still holds up with no dead pixels. The colors are great for this monitor and it supports 1920 x 1080. The refresh rate being 75 might make it bad but the monitor is only $65 dollars after all. Definitely a monitor to consider buying!

This is a perfect little screen that I got for a laptop of mine. Excellent price/performance ratio. Runs great and 75hz is fine, I game on it also and it seems to work well enough for me.The only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is that the built in speakers are a bit anemic. If your using it along with a laptop I would bet that your built in speakers on that are better.

This was the best buy for me as I balanced price vs features. Keep your expectations real when you turn on the speakers...plan on plugging in powered speakers that have better dynamic range and power capacity. I am using a mini pc system that is works well with this monitor. The size was a consideration as I am setting up a trading desk that will have at least two monitors and 2 separate computers. This monitor will be ideal. Having tried it I am confident that it will serve my purposes. Can also be used to display streaming video...Headphones are a great option. I will not be mounting it to the wall so the stand is functionall ok for my needs.

Clear screen, works well with my new mini pc

The monitor feels a it's price range but its screen output does not. Very well lit, good contrast, and the screen looks pretty clear. The stand is very nice, it's just the back you need to be careful with when installing your inputs. Thoughtfully "Sceptre" supplies you with two HDMI slots as well as a single VGA to go retro with. The pre-programmed settings are also nice to switch through, but the backlight really doesn't need to be on as high as you think, although that may be a personal preference. If you're on the fence about purchasing this thing, I'd really suggest to you to go ahead and pull the trigger, the size is great and for it's price you're really not going to find anything better. This is a great value for use as a monitor (used as an extended display for my child's small chromebook). It's nice to have multiple HDMI inputs, as well. I have an older Scepter monitor and thus was not surprised to wonder why they even bother putting speakers in... even the chromebook speaker is 2-3 times more powerful than the monitor.Overall, good value if you need a compact monitor, though!

Good picture quality, ample hookups, easy to toggle between inputs (this is a primary monitor for one device and a second for another). Speakers are unimpressive but typical of flat-screen TV speakers in general. Recommended for general PC use.
