You can touch the screen it’s just not going to do anything. No.

Q: What is the refresh rate, since no company will list it in the product description?

There are 3 models listed under this one product page. They each have different specs. Two of the panels appear to work at up to 76Hz, and one at up to 144Hz. The one that is 144Hz lists it in both the title and the description.

Hi - Let's clarify something right away. Do not use VGA & HDMI cables from the same source at the same time. Just remember that what ever source you feed this monitor with an HDMI cable will be the one that sound is applied to the headset jack on the back. Anything else, you will have to hook up your speaker system straight to the source unit ( PC-Game unit - video feeds ) Hooking up directly to the source unit will generally give you the best sound anyway. If you have more than one feed to the monitor, it has a switch to select which one you will receive at any given moment. The HDMI feed will be the only one that sends sound to the monitor headphone jack, and you can plug a sound system into this jack or just headphones. - Good luck and enjoy! - Jim T.

No. The stand that comes with it is on the flimsy side and has no provision for rotation.
