Cheap and effective theft prevention
This little alarm is great. If you're within hearing distance of your bike, you're gonna know if someone is messing with it. It's not annoying like some over-sensitive car alarms. It has sensitivity settings but the standard settings work fine. The instructions are a little confusing. I think the people who wrote them don't speak great english. You'd the people who make these things could do better in that regard. But otherwise setting it up is pretty self explanatory. I have mine attached to the inside of my windscreen with velcro, so I can take the alarm unit off and put it on something else if I want. One improvement I would suggest is to have it be controllable without the remote key-fob, in case you lose or forget the key. That would make it a little less effective I guess, but most theives will not know how to operate it anyway, and they probably won't be able to find it and turn it off before you hear it. And if they did find it quickly, it would not be that hard to smash it.Good product though, and I sleep a little better at night knowing that if someone messes with my bike it will probably wake me up.

Get this one!!! Its awesome
I am blown away at how incredibly loud this thing is. I went in with low expectations because it was so cheap but this thing is deafening loud. I actually had to cover my ears when testing it because its too much to bare. You would easily hear this even through a thick brick wall with no issues. What I really love how it gives off a single very loud beep as a warning if you movie it once and then goes off continuously the next time you move it. The key FOB is itself looks nice, It has a blue LED to let you know if it is powered and working and the alarm itself beeps once its armed. I use this alarm on my scooter and I have zero complaints, It has been heavily rained on and still works just fine. Overall I am very satisfied with this alarm system, This saved me a ton of money over the version that's powered by your motorcycle battery which was $100+!!.

Good and loud indoors, really not enough outdoors
This is great and a good value for the money for sure. The motion detection levels go from "oops I breathed too hard" to "oops I bumped that thing." There really is no setting that allows slight movement, it's either crazy sensitive or super sensitive. I tested it first by placing it in a drawer in my kitchen. On the most sensitive setting, I couldn't even touch the handle of the drawer without setting it off. On the least sensitive setting, if I slowly opened the drawer I could get it open without setting off the motion detector most of the time. But keep in mind, that is a drawer with smooth casters.Sound-wise, it's deafeningly loud indoors. That is great for some use-cases, but not great for mine. I wanted something that was loud enough to hear from my office while the alarm sounded outside. That meant one residential wall between me and the alarm. Surprisingly, this does not work for that. It's amazing how much the open space just sucks up the sound, so something so loud indoors reflecting off the walls sounds like maybe a bird chirping outside. So for the lack of adjustment for sensitivity and the lack of volume, I am marking it down a single star just because I think it could be better. But it's still a great deterrent for anyone messing with my property.

Works as described
I have an otherwise useless "secret" compartment on my motorcycle so this was perfect. I put new batteries in in just so I don't have to remove it any time soon. It is loud as s*it. I tested the sensitivity level in my living room and got a headache from it. As someone else mentioned, the instructions are in broken english so it is a little difficult to figure out. But once you do it is easy to change the setup if you want to. The only thing I don't like about this is that the remote is extremely light. I feel like I'm going to brake it if I carry it in my pocket. I definitely will not put it on my key chain so I'll have to figure out a fix. But, I totally think it is with the money if you need a theft deterrent. This would be great to put in your purse or gym bag, in a locker at the gym!

Great deterrent
I HIGHLY recommend this alarm. I am on my second one, but the first one was very effective. My bike had been *almost* stolen a number of times, so I bought this alarm. A few days ago, I found my bike still locked up and apparently untouched, but the alarm was shattered on the concrete. It sucks that they broke the alarm, but what that incident says to me is that it was an effective deterrent that scared the would be thief away. So. I bought a second one. The alarm is really loud and annoying and it is very sensitive to touch. My only issue is that the zip ties included in the package broke in half before I even attempted to attach them to my bike. I found a different way to attach the alarm, so it's all good. You just might want to purchase something stronger than zip ties to go with your alarm.

Might prevent bike theft, might not.
If someone really wants to steal your bike, this probably won't stop them. However, it might cause a thief to look for a different bike to steal. It's loud enough to draw attention. I primarily use this when the bike is on a rack behind my car and I'm not in the car. The speaker is at about ear level and between 0 and 2ft away from the would be thief. That close, the sound is almost painful and I think it is a decent deterrent. Of course a seasoned thief would give the speaker one smack with their bolt cutters or grinder and turn the thing off for good. However, I mounted on the bottom of a cargo rack on my bike. The location would make it difficult for the thief to whack it. It's best to mount this in an inconspicuous, difficult to get to spot on your bike and always use a good lock.

Not sensitive enough
Out of the 2 , one works great but the other one is not as sensitive as the other no matter what setting it is in you have to ride down a bumpy road to set it off

I thought this is a replacement
I bought this from your placement for a different one that I use on my motorcycle that stopped working mainly because the batteries went dead and I didn't have time to replace the batteries before leaving where I was going and so I just bought a new one.
