It's better option that buying powder based pre-workouts. Some of those needs to be kept with care otherwise powder may get hard. Tablets are easy to use and store. Also gives instant energy. My experience with these are great. I don't think if I ever buy powder based pre-workouts any time soon. I'm 75kg 21 years old. So this seems pretty okayish to take.You'll have coffee burps when u take full tablet so don't worry about it and intense sweating. First time you'll get headache after that you'll get tolerant to it.

I have tried every brand and kept dosage 600-1000 mg daily but still I wasn't focused so I ordered it and l Theanine 220mg both now focus is perfect .... I can take classes without feeling tired and after that I can easily lift weights....But it could have been around 900 Rupees

It is really a woww product a actually gives me a lot of energy... I take one PIL before my workout ... Earlier I used to do workout for just only one hour but after taking the spell now I am doing workout for 1.5 or 2 hours approximately so indirectly caffeine helps you to do extra raps

It's nothing but a placebo.... No effect.... Totally fake... After taking 3 tablets also no effect.... It's just chalk powder or something....This brand was good and effective when I bought and used 3 years back...But now totally fake.....

Please read my reviewI brought this product two months back and I doubted on it's authenticity coz after I consume one tab of it even after 2 hours I didn't feel any effect but when I'm going to sleep it's very difficult for me to sleep probably due to this product .Generally I sleep around 10 pm or even before that but those days when I took this caffeine I found it very difficult to sleep coz of it's effectiveness ......... So now I noticed clearly that this product works most after 4-5 hours of consumption and effective for more than 12 hours.My weight is 84 kgs and I train at gym from 4-6 pm so after I noticed the time of effectiveness of this product I take it before 12 noon so that's it helps me the most during my workout session and again didn't affect my sleeping time .One more thing is people became caffeine resistance after taking regularly so make sure that you take it occasionally and preferably on those training days in which you found less interest to workout like leg days or shoulder days then you will get max efficiency of it......... Also if you weigh less than 70 kg than I also suggest that mix half of the caffeine tab in water and take it as it is sufficient to produce the desirable effect nicely for 4-5 hours coz the half life of caffeine in blood is 4-6 hours.

It's a caffeine tablet, well it does what caffeine foest. To be honest, it doesn't gives you the kick like strong brew of espresso/instant coffee, but it does keeps you awake; probably it has been made as a sustained release type. My caffeine tolerance is quite high, so I don't actually get palpitations or jitters as such... But it does what caffeine is supposed to do

It is really very effective. I have energy all day long with just 1 tablet in the morning. So much so that it takes a while to fall asleep at night. So, i prefer to take just 100mg/ half a tablet and its much better.The first time i took it i felt the same energy and drive i used to have when i was in school. Its not like modafinil though which drains you by the end of the day and you want to crash to bed. This is sustainable and better. Did not give me the jitters that prople say they do, may be overdosing does idk.You also have to consider every body is different and unique, so it may give you better or less results.Although i dont regularly use these, but only when i know i need to get things done.Definitely recommend.Finally, I'm not paid to review this, wiring this so that it might help people like me with ADHD focus better.

Absolutely 5 stars in all dimensions.This caffeine is the best in market, i mean 220 mg is huge quantity, i had actually breaked some into 4 parts, and take 1-2 part only daily. Since, caffeine may cause some side effects.I am doing heavy workouts, but i am passionate about studying too. I have to study a lot. This make me alert all the day.However, i suggest to take 20-30 mins nap in the evening, if u can. And after that this pill is seriously rockstar. Love you muscleblaze.
