Universal, requires some fitting.
Works well, the head was loose on the shaft and would wobble making the blade into a death disk. I had to wrap friction tape around shaft a couple times to up slop. No more death wobble.

Works great as a replacement for Walmart's Hart brand 40v weed whacker
My Hart brand trimmer wore through the original bump feed trimmer head. I could not get a replacement head from the Hart site, so I googled a tutorial and this was recommended. I took the $18 gamble, and it was a perfect replacement for the gear assembly. Less than 10 minutes after I got it, I swapped it out and added a universal head. I love when a repair is successful.

Fits 1” shaft perfectly. Very well made and 9”brush cutter blade with 1” center hole fits right on.
