One of my favorites
These are great pens. They write smooth and last a fairly long time. The lines are thick and the ink always runs smooth. No smears, dries quickly and they don't bleed through paper.

Smooth and bold
I absolutely love these pens. They are extremely smooth and bold. The ink dries quickly and has minimal smearing.

Buttery and bold!
The media could not be loaded. GORGEOUS buttery and bold 1mm pen. I’m a pen person and this pen is gorgeous. Reminds me of Japanese pens! No smudging, dries quickly. No skipping. Overall 10/10

Straight up best ballpoint pen I've ever used.
These are straight up the best ballpoint pens I've ever used. I've been using them for 2 years at this point after first seeing them used by a calligrapher on YouTube. I finally decided to review them, lol. The pen is strikingly smooth and consistent and produces a rich, jet-black line. I'm an amateur linguist and calligrapher (and maybe a little bit of a hypergraph) and writing is one of my biggest joys in life - this thing cuts it for literally every language I write in. English (Latin), Chinese characters, Hiragana, Katakana, Hangul, Greek, Cyrillic, Armenian, it all looks fantastic with this pen. I use this pen exclusively for Chinese homework too (switched to Pilot G2s at one point after I ran out of them and it was much worse of an experience). One thing to note is that these things run out pretty fast in comparison to other pens, but it's not unacceptably fast, and these things aren't priced that high either.

My Favorite Pen Ever
The zebra Sarasa pens have been one of my favorites for a long time. These pens are smooth and barely streak, but they are not that great for immediately smudging. The biggest problem I had with these pens, though, was the size. The 1.0 was a little too thick and bled more than the other pens that I've had, so I think that next time I would just stick with the other sizes. The black is a nice color and it doesn't take more than about ten seconds to completely dry. If you're looking for a good quality pen, I would definitely recommend. Get the .5 size instead if you want an everyday pen.

Very Smooth and Inky! 👍🏽
I love these 1.0 Sarasa clip pens. They make my handwriting neater and my notes also look nicer, every time I let someone barrow it they always say how smooth it is and how much they like it. I’ve bought these pens before and I can safely say they last quite a while.Pros:Last longInkyDark/Bold (ink)SmoothCons:Since the pen is inky it can take a few minutes to dry. As far as using them that’s the only downside.Overall I think these pens are a good investment if you don’t lose your pens often, it may become costly if you have to keep replacing them. Otherwise they will last a long time and write smoothly without a problem.

Great! Fantastic! These pens can make the stop, jump, and sweeps of Japanese kanji.
It's great. I wrote some simple numbers in Japanese and it is sooooo much better than the other dinky little pen I was using that I'd gotten for free in the past at some random hotel conference in Phoenix, AZ. This Zebra pen is amazing. It can do the little swooshes, like making a line end thinly, as is often seen in Japanese calligraphy. I only wrote 10 numbers in Japanese so far, and I'm still learning and need to improve my technique, but I instantly love the pen so far, and I'd definitely recommend buying it. I bought this pack of pens after seeing YouTube videos from Japanese Calligrapher Takumi (he was using this pen). This tool is like a magic katana that makes the writing better. SWOOSH! SHAAAAAA! THWAP! Take that, paper squares!
