Great price.
This is the best price I could find for yeast in bulk. I make bread every day and this lasts for a long time.

Reliable and stores well
I like to keep a package of this in dry storage and a package in the fridge, open in a mason jar at all times. I make two pizzas once a week and occasionally bake probably two to four loaves of bread a month. This has been reliably great for a good rise without having to over charge my yeast in my recipes.

GREAT PRODUCT. GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY.
I love this yeast. Sick of spending lots of money for little amounts when I can buy this one! It lasts for ever fresh. Great for pizza and bread (my bag arrived damaged, so most of the content was spilled in the outside container, so I got a refund. I used what was left in the original bag and worked great). Will buy again.

Life of this brand isn't years, but months.
It's 23 months since my purchase of this brand of yeast. I've noticed in the last 5 months that the potency of its ability to make the dough rise has fallen off gradually to the point of having to use twice the amount called for. Upon my next purchase, l shall begin to store it in the fridge. This brand is a good value for the purchase.

Perfect yeast for baking
While I actually prefer making homemade yeast (love homemade sourdough starter), there are times that isn't viable. And this yeast does a fantastic job on bread. It lasts a long time - especially if you freeze what you don't need right away, which I do in small amounts in ziplock bags. Just take a baggie out of the freezer the night before you. need it. And if you don't make a lot of bread or other things requiring yeast, then leave the baggie in the fridge. Take out as much as you need about 45 minutes before you need it, allowing it to warm up.And don't forget to proof it before you use it ;)When I can't use my own sourdough starter, I love this yeast.
