I have been using this item now for about 5 or 6 months. I am on subscribe and save as I want to continue using it. I have a problem with weak paper thin nails that just won't grow. I wanted to give this product a try. I also use Hard as Nails polish. Even though my nails are still very thin and peeling, I have noticed I need to file them more often. So I do think this stuff works.Don't expect overnight results. I think I was on my 2nd shipment before I noticed a difference. I took off 1 star for taste. I am used to it now but was not a fan of the taste. As for mixing into water, do not mix into cold water or you will get small beads of powder that don't dissolve. I put a small amount of warm water in a glass, then add the powder and stir well. Then add your cold water and ice.

While it is delicious, it does not mix well. I mix in cold water but there is always some clumping. I have to use a spoon so that I scoop all of the collagen.

The only downside I can think of is the price point could be a bit lower, and it would be great to have more information on the probiotic strain used. I bought this powder thinking it would have a fruity taste but it didn't. It is bitter and a bit thick. I disliked the taste but well we all have different taste buds. I just drank it for a few days so I would know if it works. I am just reviewing the taste of the product.

I should have never stopped taking this, I have it back on subscribe and save. I took a break from it because I was silly enough to think that it wasn’t doing much after taking it for a full year, my hair was fuller and falling less, my nails, skin and energy were doing perfect. I regret stopping it, but I’ve been using it again for a week and I already notice my bald area on my head is getting full again. I’m not joking, Sillica has been known to aid in hair growth, so that along with Biotin is a power house. The price is great on Amazon. Sprouts wants $45 for the same amount. Also another thing, I drink it at night and I mix it in my protein drink shaker just with water. The taste is 😊 good.

Blends super easily, but the taste is terrible. Aside from that, this product broke me out severely. The first night I drank this, my skin was extremely red, and the next day I was already starting to break out. I still wasn't sure if it was the collagen causing it, so I tried it for 3 more days and my skin only got worse. After stopping it for only 1 day my skin calmed down a lot. After about a week of not using it my skin is back to normal. I learned that Garden of Life collagen products contain a lot of heavy metals such as arsenic (you can also look up this information for other collagen brands). Won't be buying again and wouldn't recommend it as I'm not sure whether it's due to me being allergic to an ingredient or perhaps the heavy metals present in it
