Q: We have ordered two of these benches and the second one came in and both have been damaged. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes. We have ordered several items from them which came damaged. The good thing is that the return process was simple and my account was credited quickly by Amazon. We liked the products so much that we put up with the extra effort. The benches are really beautiful.

Decorative seating for entryway

I have all the same brand furniture (Signature by Ashley Realyn French Country) in my dining , living rooms, and kitchen. This decorative bench really adds to my entryway and it was easy to put together by myself, an extra person would have helped but I managed . To add to it I ordered a decorative 12 in by 20 in pillow to go on it up against the wall. Great buy! It’s sturdy, comfy and longer than anticipated, I sprayed it with a protective it from stains. The seat color matches my dining chairs and kitchen stools.

Love the bench

I got the set from Ashley and got the bench on Amazon couple days later. I love my room and the bench is a great addition. Very solid and comfortable.

Correct bolts not included

Very fast shipping! The bench came disassembled which was not a problem except that the bolts included in the assembly kit were all the same. This was a problem because the flat washers had been pressed on and were not able to be removed. They were too large to fit down in the predrilled holes. I had to take a angle grinder and cut the washers off of the bolts, so the head of the bolt could fit down into the predrilled hole. I had to do this with 4 bolts so I could assemble the bench. I could have driven to a hardware store and bought new ones but I live 10 miles from town and decided to modify the ones that came with the bench. Extra work but it is assembled and looks good.

Beautiful and functional.

Needed something for this empty corner and this is perfect. Beautiful to look at and will be useful when extra seating is needed. Came well packaged and was simple to put together. Feels sturdy.
