Pure Original Ingredients Almond Flour (1 Gallon), Extra Fine, Non-GMO

Bought this as we use a fair amount of almond flour for dietary reasons. While we are able to purchase almond flour locally, this provides a larger quantity with better pricing.

I used this to replace flour its healthier for you if you have digestive issues,It made delicious cookies flour replacement.

I like that this came in such a large quantity. I am into keto and use almond flour so often so I’m always purchasing it at the grocery store. It was so easy to just order that online with Amazon get it delivered and it’s gonna last me a while for many recipes.

Love using this almond flour for baking cupcakes, making waffles, adding to meatloaf, especially when family members cannot have wheat products

I wish they'd remove the box cutter, C tool bucket opening video up top. I believe this 'was' necessary before. Now, there is a plastic strip that you pull around the whole top of the lid. Then, I just pulled up on each of the 4 'tabs' that were left after removing the plastic strip and viola! It was nicely opened! :D(I had a nightmare that I'd go to the ER and they'd say ''what brought her in?" and the other would say: "almond meal". Thank GOD they changed it!As for these mysterious 'black spots' missing. Maybe, if you have this happen, a return is in order? So far, I don't see this yet. It looks like smooth, beautiful almond meal. I mention the 'beauty' as it looks better to me than the non organic almond meal. So far, I'm rolling with this one. I've not made my recipe yet, so will update soon.

The flower is the best, but opening the container is a challenge

I’ve been using it to bake fathead pizza dough. It works great and the bucket seals well, keeping it fresh. It’s not as fine as I expected it to look, but bakes up with a fine texture. It is very fresh and looks much lighter/cleaner of hulls than what I purchased for a much higher price locally. I have no complaints at all and will be trying this in other keto recipes.
