This is a great chair with a lot of comfort AND QUALITY - not mentioned in the description but it is big&tall chair . I am 5'9'' and it is little big for me - I had to use under desk footrest to accomodate the height of the chair . Unfortunately I had to return the chair due to the back pain I have - great chair for a big guy IF THEY FILL THE WHOLE SEAT but not very ergonomic for average guys like myself . Due to the depth of the chair your body slides down and you lose your 90 degree posture over the time. I have tried many Lazboys in the store but this model is the best so far . Do not forget that When you try chairs in the store you are wearing shoes and this adds up couple inches depending on your shoe type.

Extremely comfortable chair - great for those who are heavy. My old home office chair (cost over $1k) started showing its age, and its comfort was decreasing even with some of those fancy cushions. This chair arrived in a large HEAVY box, but was relatively easy and quick to assemble. Once assembled, I knew this was the right chair from the first time I sat down in it. The bottom has plenty of cushion AND support, even for those packing a lot of extra pounds. The arms also have the right amount of cushion to keep you comfortable. The build quality is top-notch - with only one exception: the wheels. This has basic plastic wheels and doesn't roll super smooth. I swapped out the wheels with some inline skate style, and it roles great.The chair has a high back, enough for a 6' tall person to lean back and rest your head. It's hight adjustable and you can enable or disable the tilt. The arms are fixed, but well placed so you don't need to adjust them. With the extremely long warranty and excellent comfort, I found this to be a great value for the money.

Nice chair! Comfortable seat with a nice high back with a head pillow rest that's in a reasonable place to use (usually their so far back and pointless).Also was very easy to assemble. I've had lots of these style office chairs and this was by far the simplest.

This was exactly what I needed!I did a lot of research before getting this chair, including looking into how to keep bonded leather in good condition. I even found it in store and measured it to ensure it was what I wanted (chair feels exactly as it did in the store). It was relatively easy to put together though I have not been able to get the pedal accessories to set and stay on quite right. I only needed an extra person when I went to put the chair on top of the wheels. It's very heavy, sturdy, tall (for me who is 5'7" and who needed a chair that sat higher than 18"), it rolls well even on carpet, and is comfortable. I do not lean back in my chair, but I did test out the mechanism and found that it would definitely need to be adjusted if I ever wanted to make use of it. Since I code and game a lot on my computer, I have used it for long hours and have yet to have greatly enjoyed it!I highly recommend getting a non-slip cover and arm rest sleeves to protect the bonded leather.

Good chair for the price I paid. Nice feel. Definitely not for really heavy folks (250-300 lbs)

This is a very comfortable chair! I had one for many years before the faux leather started to peel. Depending upon your use, this chair won't last forever like real leather would but it is a good value for the money, so I replaced my old one with the same make/model.

The chair is absolutely wonderful! Super comfortable, great quality, should hold up for years!!
