Does this come with one gauze pad or is there two. One for the entry and one for the exit?

Best practice for "minimal" trauma kit - one Israeli bandage, one pack of compressed gauze (Z-pack or NAR, both on Amazon), one tourniquet, EMT scissors. Say someone is shot in the thigh -- (1) Apply the tourniquet well above the wound, if possible, (2) use the shears to cut the pants away from the wound(s), (3) place the wound pad from the Israeli over the wound (if two holes, put it over the larger), (4) put the z-pack over the second hole, (5) wrap the Israeli as per instructions. There are many good vids on You Tube showing you how to apply one of these. Also, good videos on tourniquets. I have both a Swat-T and a Recon Medical Cat-style in my kit. The SWAT is very useful for "little people", where the CAT-style may not fully compress, It can also act as an impromptu "ace" bandage, or wrapper to hold a dressing in place (for that "extra" wound, where you would otherwise only have a handkerchief or bandana to hold the people juice inside. Seriously, for everyone -- go watch the videos, you may never see a major trauma in your life, or you may be in your car tomorrow and witness an accident with a major bleed. It's worth a few minutes to learn this stuff.
