CADBURYS CHOCOLATE BREAK 2KG A00669

First time of buying. Have bought another brand before, but this looked good value, so bought this instead. What a mistake. It says add 4 heaped spoon full to a mug and add hot water. What I got was a drink that was so strong in flavour, no sweetness, and powdery. UGH I could'nt drink it. Tried 3 spoons, which was a bit less strong in flavour. It's like drinking cocoa with no sugar or milk added. Will give it to my son, he'll drink anything. cannot recommend.

I have bought 2 tins of this now, and it definitely works out far more expensive than buying the same amount in several jars from the supermarket. I do have my doubts about it's authenticity - the original jars say 4 teaspoons, this tin says 6 teaspoons, so not only is it more expensive, it also doesn't go so far. Something else that makes me doubtful is the graphics on the tin, as they do not look as professional as original Cadburys - I may be wrong, but am suspicious - don't think I will buy it again

I have taken a while to write this because I had to order from a different supplier to be sure. This size cadburys hot chocolate is coarse with sugar and pale brown, it does not mix well. The UK cadburys hot chocolate is dark brown fine and powdery and mixes well. This product is not the same quality as the UK Cadburys hot chocolate powder. God knows what it is but my children would not drink it.

I have ordered this item quite a few times now and never had a problem, however this time the tin was split and the hot chocolate has spilled out into the box. I need to have a replacement item sent out but am unable to do this. What can I do?

Never ever ordering this product again! Package has the bottom half open so contents are over everything!!My advice don't waste your money!!!You don't get what you have paid for!!!
