Should plates be wrapped in foil? Or do the plates clean up easily? Thank you.

Wrap them in foil....clean is easy. I did one cook without and they cleaned up okay but stained

You sure can and we'd encourage you to do so! The included stones are very thick and make a great baking or pizza stone when put on top of the cooking grates instead of below. Thanks!

Will the kettle stone work with the slow n sear?

Hi, This will replace the slow n sear and allow you to use all of your grill as indirect or direct rather than just a portion of it.
