Exact fit! Light is working again! 5 Star!
The media could not be loaded. It's a T type lightbulb, T3Good:It is a direct fit. There are different types of T type lightbulbs. This one is a T3. The difference is the connection. Some T type are wider or have different connection. Philips has been around for a long time and trust their products versus unknown cheaper brand. It is too soon to tell about longevity of the bulb itself. I will update in the future. Philips brand are more expensive but I think it will last longer. You the saying...you get what you pay for. Well packaged and shipping was very fast.The bad: Nothing yet.

Machine bulb
Great quality. Fit my machine with no problem. Very bright for workspace. No flickering or dimming at all and a great value for money

Light bulb works as described
I used this to replace a burned out bulb. This was the perfect replacement. It is equally bright and works fine!

Works in lamp
Purchased a used halogen lamp from a thrift shop. Bulb burnt out and replaced it with this model bulb. Works fine.

Nice and bright and EXPENSIVE.
I bought this for my drill press which had a little light in it and this is a big improvement but at nearly $7 consider it expensive for just retrofitting my drill press. You really need to be able to see to drill stuff. Drilled stuff in the wrong place before getting this light and it will be a big improvement.

A Very Good Lamp for Landscapes
I always liked the Philips bulbs for my landscape lamps. They are very bright and last a long time.

Good Quality
I bought some bulbs from another source and manufacturer and was not happy with the quality or longevity. I ordered these made by Philips. They fit right into the outdoor lights without all kinds of machinations to get them in. Their specifications seem higher. They are lasting longer than those off brand bulbs. I'm very happy with them and will reorder when I need more.

Works great in our Ancona range hood
One of the two lights in our Ancona range hood went out recently, and these Philips T3 bulbs work perfectly as replacements. The color temperature is nearly identical to the original lights.The bulb packaging does have a warning that touching the bulb with your fingers could potentially shorten the lifespan, because of the oils left behind by your fingerprint. I'm not sure how dangerous this is, but I wore a pair of nitrile gloves when I installed the bulbs, just in case.
