Loved it loved it loved it! very cute tale of a mother and her male child. Hit every note you could possibly imagine. Espically liked the reference to the long wait for her child.

This is such an amazing book, the understanding and depth of meaning are beautiful. Highly recommended for anyone who is involved in fostering and adopting.

If you are buying this book for your adopted child, I would only recommend purchasing if they were a relinquished baby otherwise it could send confusing messages to the child about their birth parents. For this reason we will not be sharing it with our adopted children. Definitely try to read it before you buy it or check out The Oxfam book charity shop near me.

We purchased this book before we adopted our first child, and have since purchased a copy for the other three as well. The story is beautiful and written in a way that children can understand. The message is clear and shows how special adoption is.

Excellent book for someone that has adopted a baby. Fit our personal story very well.

Es un libro con una historia muy tierna y clara, el tao tamaño esta perfecto para pero en piernas de niños , los dibujos son grandes y lindos , me gustó micjo.

Franchement je regrette qu'il ne soit pas traduit en français. Cette maman renard qui attend, attend, et attend encore en pensant que Dieu s'occupe de tout et en Lui faisant confiance est devenue mon modèle!! Les dialogues entre le petit renardeau blanc et sa maman qui l'a attendu pendant très longtemps sont trop bien écrits. On voit que l'auteur a côtoyé des gens qui lui ont vraiment raconté le long chemin vers l'adoption. Rempli d'espoir. Bravo. J'adore.
