This is a great vitamin, but read the label image because you have to take a lot every day to get the nutritional benefit.

Thorne can do no wrong in my eyes. You know you’re getting a quality product and this multi-vitamin is no exception. The ingredient list is quite comprehensive. It does have an earthy smell and taste, but it takes 5 seconds to swallow so I don’t mind. You also have to take 8 pills/day so I take 4 with lunch and 4 with dinner. The bottle lasts me 2 months. Do I wish it cost $40/bottle instead of $60/bottle? Sure. But at the end of the day Thorne puts a lot of effort into their research and final products so I’m willing to support a reliable company like them with my purchasing power. Would recommend 👍

People complaining about 8 a day... are you a 6 yo child? If you cant handle taking a pill, then you should look elsewhere. If pills don't bother you, then who cares how many you take? Taking 4 pills takes me 5 extra seconds than taking 1 pill... the time it takes to measure out three more into my hand. Like another reviewer said I take 4 twice a day. Thorne has a good reputation and I ASSUME that the higher quality ingredients they use cant be micronized (if thats a word). Whats more important - higher quality ingredients that are more bioavailable? Or taking 1 pill a day.

Too soon to tell if the nutrients are exactly what I need, but I did want to let anyone know who is seeking to purchase that the serving amount is 8 pills! Seems like such a larger number, especially given most daily vitamins are “1 a day” types.

I have been taking this vitamin for quite a while, 1 capsule per day. No problem. My wife pointed out to me last night that the dosage is actually 8 capsules per day. I would never have ordered anything that required me to take 8 capsules per day. And check the ingredients well with regard to the 8 capsule per day recommended dosage. Probably higher than you want.
