Quality Splice Kit
I'm a little surprised; I thought these were gimmicky and finicky, but they're pretty decent. I slide the connector over one wire and twist them inline before heating. I start on low heat, and once the heat-shrink grips the insulation, I turn the heat gun to High and concentrate on the solder ring until I see it contract and flow.

Have only used twice so far. Haven't decided if I trust them for long term connections so far.

Worked okay , but I don't think these are as good as the original, did not flow completely into the copper wiring.
