I wanted to try something on par with Balance of Nature because I have some friends that swear by it, but not as expensive. I decided to give this a try first. I did notice extra energy fairly quickly so I was thinking it was just placebo effect. After the 2 month supply ran out I decided it probably was just my imagination and decided not to reorder. Three weeks later I realized that not only had it indeed increased my energy level but it had helped with my aches and pains which I didn’t even attribute to this product. Therefore I can’t say enough good things about it and for 33 cents a day I certainly get my moneys worth and it now is the only product I keep on auto ship!

Hasn't harmed me in any way..no side affects. But also no energy level change. Maybe I need to use longer than a month to notice any good results? I don't know. I don't eat enough fruits or vegetables so I thought I'd give this a try. I'm a senior and thought taking these may help boost my energy level. Easy to swallow! No aftertaste. No bad smell.

They help if you're on a healthy diet. If you eat tons of sugar or caffeine you will not notice the added benefits. They work. I've felt better physically after a few weeks. Energy, just a healthy new feeling. I'm sure the all veggie diet with little carbs & meat are a factor as well. But if you need more veggies, this product worth it.
